The research is published in the form of a 170-page, full-colored manual, accompanied by a CD with annual reports of the 100 world largest corporations. The research is intended for investment relations managers, professional participants of equity markets, asset management companies, businessmen and all those, who are interested in the building of effective system of investor relations with private equity funds and portfolio investors. The first part of the research is devoted to forming Investor Relations ideology in public corporation. A review of the most famous corporate conflicts on emerging markets during 2000-2008 is made. Authors analyze information flows that IR-services have to face, and give recommendations how to correct and synthesize them. The second part is devoted to regular and special information disclosure, in Ukraine and globally.
