DAGDA LLC has summed up IPO boom in Ukraine in last 5 years

On the 17th of May 2010 DAGDA LLC finished the research: “Results of the first wave of IPO-boom in Ukraine in 2005-2009” Experts of NYSE Euronext, legal company CMS Cameron McKenna, Hong Kong Exchange (HKEx), judicial firm “Noerr” took part in the research.

We can sum up the basic results of research:

- Following the results of the first wave of IPO-boom, the Ukrainian emitters have involved about 6 bln. dollars of the USA from abroad through 60 private and public placements.
- By estimations of our analysts, it is possible to consider placing of Kernel Holding at the Warsaw stock exchange as the most successful Ukrainian IPO.
If the condition of international capital market is conductive, Ukraine will experience another IPO-boom in 2010-2015.
