Research project Investor Relations: a Manual for Companies Attracting Investment

DAGDA company has finished a research project, studying the techniques of forming an modern Investor Relations system at an enterprise, and the activities of foreign investment funds working with the issuers from Ukraine and the CIS.

On 10th of October we published “Investor Relations: a Manual for Companies Attracting Investment”, based on the results of the research. The IR book is designated for companies that are looking for opportunities to attract investment in various forms – through public or private offering, from private equity of portfolio investment funds. The Manual provides the reader with the answer to the following key questions:
1. How to find an investor?
2. How to attract investment?
3. What is the right way to lead a dialogue with the investor and to present your company?
All this refers to the system of Investor Relations in the company.

The research (170 pages, A4) was prepared by the leading Ukrainian experts in Investor Relations, with participation of the world’s largest stock exchanges, investment banks and funds. Also the research includes commentaries of professionals in the field and fund managers, analytical data on the funds working in the CIS, Central and Eastern Europe, and the examples of effective Investor Relations from the experience of leading companies. A separate chapter is devoted to Investor Relations in asset management companies.
